Making Gender Differences Work is my signature workshop which helps men and women understand each other better. Gender is a spectrum and average male and female have certain inherent strengths. Is it possible for men have the same strength as women and vice versa is discussed in the workshop.

• Explore the reason behind the differences between men and woman.
• Implication of the differences in our day-to-day life.
• Solutions to bridge the Gap.
